West End Garage Edinburgh were fantastic because I received a first class service from your exceptionally knowledgeable member of staff. He was more than happy to spend some time with me regarding the vehicle I was purchasing. Prior to leaving the showroom my phone was connected and lots of helpful information was pointed out to me about the vehicle including how to lower the opening height of the SUV boot for ease of operation which I felt was the epitome of excellent customer service from your staff. Although I could see it was a busy time for the showroom at no time did I feel rushed to complete the handover. Other showrooms should strive to be like yours and I do not think I will purchase from anyone but Skoda going forward, thank you.
